As Supply Chain Data Manager, you take a coaching role and guide project teams in the successful delivery of Supply Chain Optimization and Transformation projects. You focus on Master Data and IT Data Architecture within Supply Chain Planning projects. You establish a center of excellence to develop and promote best practices, innovation, and efficiency in the data domain. You take a hands-on role to ensure successful project delivery.
You will be responsible for:
* Master Data Management (MDM): Establish and maintain high-quality, consistent, and governed supply chain data through robust frameworks and processes.
* Data Architecture & Integration: Ensure alignment with project goals and lead data integration between ERP and APS.
* Data Strategy & Governance: Define the future data operating model, drive stakeholder alignment, and implement advanced data governance tools.
* Project & Change Management: Build, integrate, and oversee data components within project timelines, ensuring smooth data migration and governance.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between cross-functional business owners to document processes and align data maintenance strategies.
* Workshops & Training: Organize and facilitate client workshops to identify data requirements and ensure knowledge transfer.
* Standardization & Documentation: Develop and maintain data policies, SOPs, and data dictionaries to support sustainable data management.

About you
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
Strong knowledge of Master Data Management, data governance best practices, data architecture models, data factories, and enterprise information strategies.
You have good knowledge of SAP and OMP or Kinaxis.
You can shape & define project plans & structures, creating a clear path to the intended vision.
You have a passion for working with people and enjoy coaching colleagues.
You’re a strong communicator, both within your team and with clients.
Flexibility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities.
Fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
