At Ames Arquitectos, an architecture studio specialising in high-end residential projects, we are looking to incorporate into our team an Architect with experience in the development of Basic Design Projects, who is keen to join a demanding, collaborative professional environment focused on architectural excellence.
We are seeking a profile with a minimum of five years’ professional experience, a solid knowledge of current regulations and their practical application, and the ability to develop projects with technical rigour, architectural judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
Main responsibilities:
* Development and coordination of Basic Design Projects at all stages.
* Interpretation and application of urban planning and building regulations.
* Coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
* Preparation of graphic and technical documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
* Support during the transition to subsequent project phases.
Requirements:
* Degree in Architecture.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Basic Design Project development.
* Strong knowledge of applicable urban planning and technical regulations.
* Advanced command of drafting and modelling tools (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
* High level of organisation, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team.
* Technical rigour and a strong sensitivity to architectural quality.
