We are seeking an International B2B Sales Manager with at least 3 years of international sales experience in the technology sector, ideally within IoT, Satellite Communications (Satcom), M2M, or telemetry solutions. The selected candidate will drive new business development, manage existing global accounts, and expand the company’s presence across international markets through a consultative and results-oriented sales approach.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities in international markets. Execute cold outreach strategies and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Deliver commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored value propositions. Manage the full sales cycle: needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing global customers. • Continuously monitor account performance to identify additional upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Manage renewals, contract negotiations, and long-term customer engagement.
Sales Operations & Reporting Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar) for accurate tracking of leads, activities, and sales forecasts. Prepare reliable forecasts and manage key commercial performance metrics (KPIs). Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth and customer-centric sales cycle.
Technical-Commercial Coordination Translate customer technical requirements into compelling commercial proposals. RFQ and Tender Management Receive, analyze, and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and international tender processes. Prepare structured, competitive technical and commercial documentation together with engineering teams. Minimum 3 years of international B2B sales experience in technology. Proven experience responding to RFQs/RFPs, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
Degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering with clear commercial orientation and relevant sales experience. Solid understanding of IoT solutions, sensors, platforms, and communication protocols. Knowledge of satellite communications (LEO/MEO/GEO) or remote connectivity (highly desirable). Strong command of CRM systems and structured sales processes. Experience navigating formal tender and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and performance metrics. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving international environment. Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages (French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.) Flexible working arrangements with a strong focus on work-life balance.
