For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Brand Paid Media Operations Senior with broad expertise across both digital and traditional paid media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel campaigns — from digital activities ( CTV, Social, Display, Video) to offline channels (TV, radio, print, OOH). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and proven success in managing large-scale, integrated media campaigns that drive brand growth.

Responsabilities:
* Develop and lead holistic paid media campaigns, integrating online and offline channels to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and optimize media investments across TV, radio, print, OOH, and digital platforms.
* Oversee media planning and buying, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and maximum impact.
* Negotiate with media vendors and partners to secure advantageous placements and pricing.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Lead presentations and media plans to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and innovations in both digital and traditional media.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying across both digital and traditional channels.
* Strong background in strategic media planning and campaign management for high-budget accounts.
* Advanced knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and offline media ecosystems.
* Proven negotiation skills with media vendors and third-party partners.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
* High office level: Excel and Powerpoint
