Our client, a leading EV manufacturer in Spain, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the product to resolve the customers' technical issues. Responsibilities Make and improve step-by-step guides to find problems using data. Work with engineers and quality teams to study field problems, find the cause, and suggest fixes. Spot repeated issues and help improve the product so it breaks less often and is easier to fix. Use real-world data and team feedback to check and improve how to find and fix problems. Write clear guides and flowcharts to help service teams solve problems faster. Qualifications 2 years of relevant experience. Strong hands-on skills in testing and troubleshooting electronics. Solid understanding of CAN bus systems and diagnostic communication protocols.
