Collections (Call Centre & Customer Service)
A Collections Associate will primarily be in-charge of achieving collections productivity benchmarks and executing collection strategies that are in compliance with BSP and other regulatory entities. Main functions include:
* Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts through callouts, collection letters, and SMS
* Assess and initiate financial and non-financial client requests which include but not limited to: reversals, payment transfers, and updating of cardholder information with customer turnaround time;
* Negotiate for special customer payment arrangement schemes for customers;
* Monitor own productivity attainments, and implement action plans discussed with the team head;
* All other tasks that may arise in the performance of the abovementioned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's/College Degree holder
* Applicants must be willing to work onsite - office is in Rockwell Business Center Sheridan Mandaluyong
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Collections
* Agency Coordinator / Repossessor
* At least one (1) year of collections experience in supervisory capacity
* At least three (3) years of collections experience
* At least one (1) year of client management experience
* Detailed, Results oriented and self-motivated
* Good analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Collections related work experience is an advantage
* Can start ASAP or after 30 days
