As a Service Project Manager for Web, you will be accountable for establishing, operationalizing, and evolving the web channel content design and production capabilities into a global services delivery setup.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Manage External Vendor Production Partners to enable the global service
* Transform maturing web content capability into a globally harmonized service
* Deliver web content services at global scale
* Continuously improve quality and costs of the delivery
* Help Global Capability Owners (GCOs) with piloting new technologies, new ways of working and disruptive changes
* Guide IT counterparts to provide platforms and systems that are meeting business needs
* Manage the continuous improvement of the mature capability
* Be a core member in the Web Way Forward project which has the objective of optimizing the web channel with lower operating costs and introducing a more web owner centric service approach
Requirements
* Masters Degree in an area relevant to the service e.g. Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations or others
* Minimum of five years of proven success in service delivery management, preferably in a Big Pharma, internal shared services setup
* Proven background in continuous improvement activities and business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma training/ certification is a plus)
* Solid management and organizational leadership skills
* Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines
* Excellent oral and written communication, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
* Proven success as a key member of a matrixed, cross-functional team; able to work equally well with people in business, creative, science and technical positions
* Strong collaboration, communication, and mediation skills
* Strong results orientation. Ability to plan and organize work. Observation, interviewing and listening skills.
