EU Regional Business Development - Spanish MarketFuture Learning is currently looking to expand our international sales team and is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, and confident Regional Business Developer to take charge of our Spanish and some of the EU markets while being based in Spain.EU Regional Business Developer - based in SpainAs an EU Regional Business Developer, you will work in international sales and be a high-energy, confident salesperson driven to achieve projected sales targets through all channels for all markets. Instructed by the EU Senior Sales Executive, your tasks will include retaining and developing existing clients, securing new customers and routes to market, and supporting the development of new and innovative Future Learning projects.The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, positive, detail-oriented, fun, and a team player. Being organized and driven with close attention to detail is key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
Drive repeat sales through B2B and B2C relationships/networks.Deliver new sales opportunities via additional relationships, routes to market, and creative product mix strategies.Ensure all sales opportunities are entered into the CRM system.Monitor leads, opportunities, and pipelines through appropriate use and maintenance of the CRM system.Respond to all leads and inquiries, prioritizing effectively.Liaise with other departments regarding new business proposals to ensure deliverability and profitability.Achieve sales targets for new Future Learning centers and champion new centers both internally and externally.Identify in-country opportunities for Future Learning as they arise.Attend external events, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.Travel as required to visit current and prospective clients in your assigned region.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the international market, monitor trends and competitors, and report on market intelligence.Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs.Provide progress reports and sales statistics to directors.Develop a network for market intelligence and new business opportunities.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Future Learning’s programs.Manage and develop key accounts.Manage customer expectations effectively.Contribute to weekly sales team meetings and strategic planning discussions.Develop the Future Learning brand in additional EU countries as needed.Assist with translation, design, and production of marketing materials in Spanish.Key Personal Goals:
Identify new sales agents and partners in your market region (Spain and Portugal) and other regions (e.G., France, Germany).Enhance relationships with existing agents, partners, and suppliers.Achieve assigned sales targets and be a team player.Use customer feedback to improve the camps’ portfolio.Develop bookings within the adult and young learner sectors.Person Specification:
Based in Spain.Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.Fluent in Spanish and English;
other languages (Portuguese, French, German) are a plus.At least 3 years of experience in the International Language Education Industry.Background in account management, relationship management, sales, or marketing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across different cultures and levels of seniority.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable with numbers, financials, and spreadsheets.Flexible and dynamic working style.Customer-focused with a professional manner.Committed to completing projects.Travel is essential for this role.Familiarity with Ireland as a language learning destination or eagerness to learn about Irish culture.Driving license is desirable.Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems.Additional Information:
Salary:
€21,000 to €24,000 + Commission;
with potential to increase to €33,000 to €36,000+ based on OTE.Spanish native speaker preferred;
