Job Description
As a CrossLab Connect (CLC) Implementation Project Manager (IPM) for CrossLab Connect you play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Agilent's CrossLab Connect product, enabling customers to efficiently manage, maintain, and utilize their fleet of Agilent instruments. The IPM will be the main point of contact during installation, coordinate various project teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The new position will be part of the Enterprise Services Customer Success Team (ESCS) reporting to the EMEA Lab-Informatics Service Delivery manager.
We are looking for a candidate having the combined skills of both Project Management, Instrument connectivity, IT Network implementations, Data management, Reporting and Automation. You will be home based, managing most of the customer activities remotely.
This role involves collaborating across divisions and functions to achieve best-in-class project outcomes, continuous improvements, and ensuring our customers experience ?Trusted Answers? at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
* Collaborate with sales teams to review customer requirements and determine CrossLab Connect product compatibility with their laboratory instrumentation and IT infrastructure.
* Assist in technical discussions and creation of Implementation Statements of Work (ISOW), during pre-sales engagements.
Manage Implementation Projects:
* Lead project kick-off meetings with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, from kick-off to installation.
* Create and manage project documentation, including kick-off materials, internal project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet), technical deployment plans, and customer-facing project documents.
* Identify and engage relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Ensure timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Schedule and lead routine project meetings and status calls
* Manage logistics and schedules for internal and external project teams.
* Participate in internal data validation processes.
* Manage project handoff to downstream functions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
* Provide feedback and insights to improve CrossLab Connect product offerings and implementation processes.
* Maintain a positive relationship with the customer, addressing any concerns promptly.

Internal Cross-Functional Engagement
