Activities include product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, and supplier performance management. You will report to Group Procurement Indirect Spend Director and work closely together with all parts of the business-like supply chain, operations, and external suppliers. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong supplier relationships and developing sustainable value adding solutions. A skilled negotiator with global Indirect Spend experience We are looking for someone with experience within indirect spend. You have a global approach and are comfortable working with many different cultures, and continuously optimize our regional indirect spend categories for Southern & Eastern Europe Personal values are very important to us, and we are looking for a someone who is customer oriented, instils trust, collaborates, and gets results. Furthermore, we expect: Excellent analytical skills Good IT skills in MS applications Be a skilled negotiator Large experience in Stakeholder management. Possess a Strategy procurement toolbox Have a clear understanding of the regional market and categories Reporting on time Resilience, determination, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
