We offer top notch benefits, Work-Life-Balance, and hybrid work set up, ( 2 days a week WFH privilege takes effect after three months of working onsite ).We are looking for an Inventory Manager for one of our key clients in North America.Job Description:Manages product inventory onlyThis role would need to take on management of truck component inventory as wellThis role would need to take on the management of DEFAudits TCS Pumps v BOA dataReviews reconciliation of BOA BOLs to NetSuite BOLsPerforms quarterly inventory for all locationsNotes unrecorded pumps and reports to ops managementCurrently managing manual reconciliation of locations with fuel typesInputs shrink and inventory adjustmentsEnsures tankers are in working order, accounted for correctly, and holds training.DTN reconciliation to BOA (currently working on this project)Monthly GL Reconciliations: 10 COS accounts, 7 inventory accounts, 1 accrued liability (product item receipts)Job Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field· Minimum 5 years of experience doing Inventory and related tasks· High level of integrity and sense of responsibility· Willing to work night shiftexperience in Oracle Netsuite preferred but not required Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
