The Role : The Brand Representative is truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, demonstrating a keen awareness of the store environment and remaining approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with the customer with genuine and articulate communication, ensuring the customer is always the first priority, and demonstrate confident, social behaviors that translate into closing sales.
