🚀 Head of Growth – Mobile Social Sports & Gaming

You’ll join a high-performing team with multiple successful game launches, tens of millions of downloads, and deep expertise in mobile and real-money gaming.
The Role:
As Head of Growth, you’ll own acquisition, activation, monetisation, and early lifecycle optimisation. In a fast-moving startup environment, you’ll build a world-class growth engine that scales users, drives revenue, and creates a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute growth strategies across paid acquisition, organic channels, affiliates, influencer marketing, and in-product virality.
* Define acquisition goals, budgets, KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build dashboards to track performance.
* Collaborate with Product, Data, and Analytics teams to optimise funnels (onboarding, retention, upsell).
* Lead experimentation: A/B tests, landing page and funnel optimisation, and channel experiments.
* Identify audience segments, track trends, benchmark competitors, and analyse user behaviour.
* Manage ROI optimisation across all channels and drive brand partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
* Work with Payments, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure growth initiatives meet regulatory and operational standards.
* Report to senior management with insights, results, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing in gaming, mobile, or online sweepstakes/real-money environments.
* Proven record scaling D2C apps with measurable growth (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
* Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel optimisation, dashboards, and cohort/LTV modelling.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Passion for sports and gaming.
Bonus skills:
* Experience in sweepstakes, DFS, regulated gaming, or betting.
* U.S. market experience or scaling international mobile growth.
* Experience with influencer strategy, creative production, and brand/partnership deals.
