Your Impact :
* Identify high-potential accounts and lead stakeholder engagement to develop their ability to prescribe TTFields.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and characteristics.
* Map key players, monitor access environments, and develop high-value conversations to minimize access barriers.
* Lead regional and local tactics to ensure business success and access with minimal administrative and financial barriers.
* Work closely with the National Access Manager and medical team to provide expert support to accounts.
Your Experience :
* Bachelor’s Degree in business / science or equivalent; equivalent experience considered.
* At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in neuro-oncology.
* Experience in a commercial function within a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
* Self-directed with strong decision-making skills.
* Energized by working in a start-up environment.
* Spanish mother tongue and fluent in English.
