We are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Manager to lead HR administration and payroll for Spain within a global healthcare company. This role will manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee HR operations: employee lifecycle, data management, contracts.
* Manage payroll processes for Spain, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers.
* Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with global HR standards.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll regulations.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
