What You’ll Do
* Manage and maintain a structured digital filing system for all project documentation.
* Track and control drawings, specifications, RFIs, contracts, and change orders using Procore.
* Ensure version control and distribute updates to global teams and vendors.
* Generate reports and document logs to keep everyone aligned.
* Support project managers and technical teams by ensuring they always work with the latest information.
* Coordinate document flow between Spain-based staff and US project teams.
* Assist with handover documentation and project close-out packages.
* Provide training and support on Procore for internal and external teams.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in document control or project administration within construction, cultural, or museum projects.
* Proven expertise in Procore.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Familiarity with design, fabrication, and installation workflows (AV, lighting, theming, exhibit integration is a plus).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) are a bonus.
* Travel to the United States may be required during the installation and commissioning phase.
