Ion Exchange (India) Ltd., a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, is strengthening its commercial footprint in Spain through its subsidiary, Mapril Lda.
We are looking for an experienced sales and business development professional to drive growth for ion exchange resins, membranes, specialty chemicals, and water treatment solutions. This opportunity is open to applicants from across Europe and involves travel throughout various European countries, with Porto, Portugal serving as the primary base of operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead regional sales and business development across the water solutions business.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening key customer relationships
• Deliver technical, solution-based sales and support customer trials
• Work closely with global technical and application teams to develop winning proposals
• Track market trends and competitive activity to shape regional growth strategy
Who we're looking for
• 8–15 years of experience in ion exchange resins, specialty chemicals, or water/wastewater treatment
• Engineering background (Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental; MBA preferred)
• Strong consultative sales skills and proven regional market development experience
