As a Sales Development Representative at Deel Immigration, your role is to penetrate new accounts and build relationships across all levels of target segments. You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research, identify potential leads, and qualify prospects based on their onboarding approach.
Responsibilities
* Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads and opportunities.
* Learn from experienced sales colleagues and contribute to building our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
* Understand lead generation processes, support marketing activities, manage prospect touchpoints, and facilitate handoffs to Account Executives.
Requirements
* Full professional proficiency in English & Hebrew
* 2-3 years in sales development or similar outbound sales roles
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, eager to learn
* Proven track record of exceeding targets in quota roles
* Experience with CRM and sales tools is a plus
* Smart, hardworking, entrepreneurial mindset
* Adaptable to rapid changes and growth environments
* Relationship builder, collaborative, process-oriented
* Experience in HR, Fintech, or startups is preferred
* Experience working remotely and in distributed teams is a plus
