We are currently growing and looking for an O&M; SERVICE MANAGER FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANTS IN IRELAND capable of managing site work and their team.
Tasks to be performed: What will your responsibilities be?
Manage a portfolio of solar plants, ensuring contract requirements are met Provide periodic reports Ensure all work is organized to maximize resources Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance Coordinate personnel assigned to the plants Implement good health and safety practices Assist with other daily operation and maintenance requirements, as well as administrative activities Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets Manage claims received from photovoltaic plant clients during the warranty period Handle post-sales customer claims Classify warranty and non-warranty claims Submit warranty claims to suppliers Manage repairs with in-house personnel WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM OUR O&M; SERVICE MANAGER FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANTS IN IRELAND?
Technical or higher engineering degree At least 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance (O&M;) management Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or communications fields Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and other software applications Good communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to travel Ability to work in a team Languages: Spanish and English Category B driving license We will positively value: High level of English Strong communication skills National geographic mobility Additional training related to the metal sector and occupational risk prevention (ORP) WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
