Role Overview : Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. Collaborate across IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities :
* Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
* Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and workload balancing.
* Perform upgrades, install enhancement packages, and implement SAP notes with minimal business impact.
* Manage SAP security settings, user roles, and compliance policies.
* Handle escalated technical issues related to system performance, user access, and application errors.
* Monitor system health proactively, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve system failures.
* Manage integrations with other enterprise applications and cloud services.
* Maintain detailed technical documentation.
* Collaborate with functional SAP teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders for system support and improvements.
Skills and Competencies :
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
* Several years of SAP consulting or support experience.
* Project management experience is a plus.
Additional Competencies :
* Knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, and CPI.
* Understanding of key business processes and SAP interactions.
* Proficiency in English (C1 or higher); knowledge of German or Spanish is advantageous.
