We are currently looking for a Visual Communication Specialist (Part‐time) to join one of our international projects with Hewlett‐Packard (HP), supporting corporate communication and customer‐facing materials within a global, high‐impact environment.

Visual communication & presentationsDesign and maintain presentation templates and visual assets aligned with HP brand guidelines.Create reusable graphic elements for presentations, events and other communication materials.Ensure consistency, clarity and storytelling quality across all visual outputs.
Digital & web coordinationAct as the single point of contact with the web team.Collect, structure and consolidate content inputs from internal stakeholders.Coordinate and follow up on web updates to ensure timely delivery and a cohesive customer experience.Ensure alignment between visual communication materials and digital touchpoints (no hands‐on web design required).
Work closely with internal teams to understand communication needs and priorities.Proven experience in visual communication, graphic design, digital communication or similar roles.Experience coordinating with web or digital teams (coordination role, not development‐focused).Solid understanding of brand consistency and corporate communication standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of English (written and spoken).
