YOUR MISSION
You'll be the voice of a world-renowned luxury automotive brand, delivering premium customer support in German and English via phone and email. Your goal: create exceptional experiences that reflect the quality and prestige of the brand you represent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• bilingual level of German
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Based in Spain
• Passion for customer care and teamwork
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
WHAT WE OFFER
• Permanent full-time contract (39 hours/week)
• Competitive salary: €20,000 gross per year, with growth opportunities

• Monday–Friday rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 8:00 PM)
• 3 weeks of fully paid training (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
