With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, Queclink continues to expand its global footprint and drive the future of connected technology.Role OverviewWe are seeking an International Sales Manager – Networks to drive growth and market expansion of our networking product line across Europe.This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for our industrial routers, gateways, and connectivity solutions, working closely with Product Management and Senior Sales Leadership to establish and scale our presence in key European markets.This is a senior individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on market development, relationship building, and revenue growth within the networking and IoT ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development and revenue growth for the Queclink Networks product line across EuropeIdentify, engage, and develop relationships with key customers, distributors, system integrators, and strategic partnersWork closely with Product Management and senior leadership to align market needs with product strategy and roadmapLead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closureDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to expand market share in industrial networking and IoT connectivity solutionsCollaborate with engineering and product teams to support customer requirements and solution developmentProvide structured feedback on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements to inform product and go-to-market strategyMaintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within CRM systemsRepresent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements across the regionQualifications5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within networking, IoT, or related technology sectorsStrong understanding of industrial routers, gateways, cellular connectivity (4G/5G), and IoT networking solutionsProven experience developing new markets, partnerships, and customer relationshipsFamiliarity with key players in the European networking, telematics, or industrial IoT ecosystemAbility to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales leadership teamsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, international environmentFluency in English required;
