Growth Marketing Manager 360° Paris / Barcelona / Remote Review Collect | SaaS
Responsibilities
* Make Review Collect Irresistible:
define product positioning, craft conversion-driven messaging, design landing pages, ads, and funnels, and elevate storytelling across website, campaigns, videos, and decks
* Scale Paid Acquisition Across Multiple Markets:
manage and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), launch high-performing campaigns across several countries, continuously test angles, creatives, audiences, and funnels to achieve aggressive goals (ROAS, CAC payback, and growth targets)
* Build the Inbound Engine:
develop a SEO content strategy to grow organic traffic, produce case studies and high-value content, build a predictable lead generation system, and collaborate with founders to create a global demand engine with internal automation and growth stack managed to focus on marketing, scale, and ROI
Qualifications
* 5 years in Growth Marketing within a SaaS B2B environment
* Proven track record of turning a SaaS product into a best-selling online success
* Experience scaling large paid acquisition campaigns with strong ROAS
* Experience driving significant organic traffic growth and running multi-country campaigns
* Strong expertise in copywriting, positioning, packaging, and conversion
* Skilled at creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets
* Fluent English mandatory
* Results-driven mindset with ownership of CAC, ROAS, MRR, and ARR
* Creative analytical approach and speed of execution
