We are seeking a part-time **Junior Health and Wellbeing Activity Leader** to join our guest-facing team at La Crisalida Retreats. This is a dynamic and fulfilling role that supports our guests’ relaxation and rejuvenation experience.
This role is adecuado for someone with a strong foundation in one or more of the following areas**:yoga, meditation, life coaching/NLP, nutrition, or group exercise**. You’ll be expected to expand your expertise across all these areas through personal development and, where appropriate, formal training.
As an Activity Leader, you’ll work closely with our Mentors and Programme Managers to maintain the quality of our guest offering. You’ll be confident coaching and inspiring both individuals and groups, helping to create a supportive and energising environment.

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**
- Recognised yoga teaching qualification (minimum 200 hours) and/or group fitness certification
- Minimum 1 years’ experience teaching or facilitating in one or more areas: yoga, meditation, fitness, workshops, or other wellbeing activities
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, teaching, and writing
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Resident in Spain, with a valid NIE/DNI and Spanish social security number
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and on a shift basis
**Desirable**
- Basic Spanish language skills
- Experience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, or wellness treatments
- First Aid certification
- Previous experience in a retreat or hospitality environment
- Ability to offer Reiki treatments or massages
**Contract and Hours**
- Temporary contract to cover minimum **4-month** sabbatical with the possibility to transition to a permanent position depending on the needs of the business.
- 18 hours per week
