About this opportunity
Based within the Service Area Network Design and Optimization (SA NDO), Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries. You will be working at the groundbreaking of technology (5G, ML/AI, Cloud-RAN) and will be involved in projects with many diverse customers around the world. In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in the field of Network Design and Optimization.
You will
1. Support the delivery of services in the area of NDO.
2. Learn to understand customer requirements and grow technically to provide advice and lead technical discussion in the future.
3. Support ongoing projects, their development and technical presentations and proposals.
4. Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
5. Provide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further improve/add/modify existing offerings within the NDO portfolio.
To be successful in the role you must have
The successful applicant must have a blend of skills required to contribute in delivery processes, use of consulting methodology and development of the technical expertise across the team. For this role, a consultative approach towards the customer and NDO experience is needed. In general, the requirements could sum up to have:
1. Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in service delivery and pre-sales.
3. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: 5G, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) applied to NDO services, Cloud-RAN.
4. At least 1 year of experience in the RAN domain.
5. Ability to communicate, eloquent, present and influence customers by knowing the impact of any action/service on their business.

1. Developing Others & Sharing Knowledge.
2. Standout colleague but also proven ability of being self-motivated, show initiative and capability to work in challenging circumstances and learn independently.
3. Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high concern for quality is required.
4. Knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters would be an advantage.
5. Location & Travelling: Position is based in Spain. Ability to travel globally as per business priorities.
6. Spanish and English are mandatory.
