Looking for a dynamic Chinese Speaking Event Coordinator to to join our Super SmartWorks Team office in Malaga.
The candidate will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events. This role encompasses a wide range of events, from intimate corporate meetings to large-scale international conferences, ensuring each is executed with precision, creativity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
We need someone who:
* Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and post-event evaluation. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
* Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external providers, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
* Lead on-site operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown. Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making to address any challenges that arise during events.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Prepare and present post-event reports, including performance metrics and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) within a corporate or agency environment.
* Contribute to team success by supporting collective objectives.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Mandatory Proficiency/Native in Chinese, Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish.
