We’re currently seeking a Senior Content Specialist: SEO, GEO & Organic Growth with a sharp analytical and editorial mindset to lead our visibility strategy in the age of AI. Your mission will be to transform search demand into real revenue, ensuring Factorial is the #1 answer on Google, YouTube, and Generative Engines (LLMs).
Your Mission & Responsibilities:
* Revenue-Driven SEO & GEO: In close collaboration SEO team, you will translate SEO needs into content that drives revenue. You won’t just optimize for Google; you will optimize for AI consumption (GEO - Generative Engine Optimization), ensuring our content is structured and enriched for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and next-gen search engines.
* Act as an AI Content Engineer: We understand that the next wave of great content needs to be agentic with a human in the loop. You will help us build workflows for today and the future, to help ensure Factorial is the de facto authority across LLMs.
* Content Ecosystem Orchestration: You understand content as a holistic ecosystem. You will adapt formats to nurture our positioning on YouTube (collaborating with your content colleagues and the Social Media team), TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
* Public & Paid Pages Ownership: Take full ownership of public pages and product landings. Lead growth testing and revamping of these pages to maximize both organic and paid performance.
* Experimental Growth: Explore and test new channels and tools (such as LinkedHelper or content syndication) to multiply our organic business KPIs.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Use tools like Profound, Google Analytics, and Search Console to understand demand and measure the real impact of every piece published on WordPress or public pages.
* Syndication & Distribution: Partner with the Demand Gen team to distribute our \"gated\" content (whitepapers, reports) through external newsletters and branded content.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
* Strategic & Editorial Thinking: The ability to think editorially while maintaining a deep understanding of the B2B content ecosystem.
* Excellent writer: We are looking for someone who can formulate an opinion and can helps us differentiate our content in the AI age
* SEO & GEO Expert: Proven experience in traditional content-led positioning and modern Generative Engine Optimization strategies.
* AI Workflow Pioneer: A strong interest in or previous experience with AI content workflows and automations is a huge plus.
* Analytic Mindset: Mastery of analytics tools to iterate content based on conversion data, not just traffic volume.
* Tech-Savvy: Technical experience with WordPress, advanced SEO tools, and distribution platforms.
