Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
* Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.
* Analyze and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
* Good level of English and Spanish.
* Willingness to relocate permanently to Europe.
