Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•P&D support: Recruitment Tools, Workday, Ariba; maintain and update employee records and provide backend troubleshooting support for assigned client group for Iberia population.•Provides recommendations and potential solutions to ongoing system support challenges that impact the business (Workday).•Support People & Development activities such us Annual Performance Management Process, Employee Survey, Annual Compensation exercise.•Content creation: Employee communications, PowerPoint and Excel document management.•Accountable of the Health & Safety matters.•Assist the People & Development Department in ad hoc projects and any other administration support needed.•Invoice processing
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Passionate about people with more than 6 months of experience in a similar role.- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems.- Experience in Talent Acquisition processes.- Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills.- Strong organisational skills.- English is a must. Other languages would be an asset.
