Provide clear information on payments, services, and technical issues
Follow processes and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Icelandic C2 and advanced English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM tools
Positive, solution-driven, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Customer service experience is a plus
