Position: Dutch IT Support Agent
Location: Marbella or Torremolinos, Spain or Casablanca, Morocco

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handle incoming calls from clients, assist remotely and respond to digital requests
- Work closely with our sales agents post sales of our products and services to deliver the customer a pc or device scan, cleaning, set up, etc.
- Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner
- Understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization
- Identify recurring non-compliant patterns within established guidelines
- Host compliance calibration sessions with staff
- Recording and documenting customer issues accurately
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native in Dutch, both oral and written. Proficient in English or Spanish
- Previous experience in IT/tech support or high technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to work as a team player: versátil, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
- Passionate about technology
