As a Business Analyst, you will drive the optimisation, automation, and global standardisation of our financial, billing, and tax processes. You will analyse complex data flows, ensure tax compliance, support ERP/Billing integration (incl. Vertex), and play a key role in our international migration program.

* Analyse end-to-end Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Determination processes.
* Identify weaknesses across data and process flows and propose improvements.
* Assess and optimise data transfers between ERP/Billing systems and the Vertex Tax Engine
*Vertex Configuration & Tax Logi

* Configure, test, and maintain the Vertex Tax Engine (O/Q Series).
* Translate legal and tax changes into Vertex rule sets.
* Troubleshoot incorrect tax calculations and optimise tax-related logic.
*Global Migration & System Transformation
* Lead functional decision-making and define migration rules for the global billing & accounting harmonisation.
* Coordinate migration tasks, report progress, and maintain documentation.
* Collaborate with local teams worldwide to understand existing processes and align them with the global model.
* Act as key contact for migration topics and support the team lead when required

*Experience & Knowledge
* 4+ years in Business Analysis, Billing/AR, Tax Technology, or Data/ERP migrations.
* Strong background in Billing, Invoicing, AR, and/or Tax Determination.
* Hands-on experience with Vertex (TPC, TPD, Tax Assist Rules) is a major plus.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, Infor LN, or simil

*Technical Skills
* Ability to analyse data flows independently; basic understanding of SQL or script logic.
