This programme addresses challenges relating to technology, system architecture, interoperability and the provision of high‑precision, resilient and low‑latency navigation services. The next phase of the programme is CELESTE In‑Orbit Preparation (IOP), a large‑scale project covering the end‑to‑end system and integrating multiple sub‑projects.

Oversee the definition of the LEO navigation system architecture (constellation, payloads, links, ground segment, etc.)
Manage project risks, opportunities and dependencies
Prepare and lead project reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.) in accordance with ECSS standards
