As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the UK and Irish market, assisting with:
Product inquiries
Sales support
Aftersales service
Delivery‐related questions
Basic technical troubleshooting
The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance. You will work with multiple browser‐based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.

Requirements
Spanish (C1+ level)
