This position involves managing the supply chain for Biotics, BFF & Botanicals entities. The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading S&OP & S&OE processes and is well-versed in Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and Inventory Management.The role includes managing processes for balancing demand and supply, ensuring optimal logistics and warehousing activities, and assisting in identifying, resolving, and optimizing plan variances, inventory, and costs aligned with business objectives.The candidate should be strategic-minded, capable of working with mature and low-maturity supply chains, and skilled in transforming supply chains from manual to advanced planning systems. Strong interpersonal, leadership, business, and commercial skills are essential. The ability to work under pressure and cross-functionally to make sound decisions, foster a high-performance culture, and quickly address deviations is crucial.You will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director, managing demand and supply planning processes and tools, and implementing monthly S&OP inputs.Driving development of systems, reports, and process improvements.Analyzing network supply performance and optimizing inventory, reducing obsolescence, and maximizing efficiency.Managing raw materials, components, and production supplies planning, including capacity and procurement.Aligning strategic volume plans and communicating gaps in plans.Collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and finance to address forecast errors, supplier performance, and supply constraints.Working with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure compliance with safety stocks, lead times, and production strategies.Conducting what-if analyses for demand, supply, and financial scenarios.Ensuring cost-effective logistics strategies, sharing demand and supply plans, and analyzing inventory investments.Leading projects related to new product launches, discontinuations, and promotions.Developing and monitoring KPIs related to S&OP activities and service levels.Delivering supply chain costs within targets and implementing process improvements.Managing capacity utilization, working capital, and inventory policies to balance costs and service levels.
