Job Description:
This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and present all data sharing information in a user-friendly way.
* Extract insights from available data sharing.
* Monthly reporting on in-store performance based on data gathered at the point of sale by external sales reps.
* Provide sales reps with persuasive selling materials.
* Manage the process for point-of-sale materials across all BE brands, focusing on Trade Marketing tasks.
* Lead the development of PoS big events.
* Oversee the shipment of PoS materials needed by the Sell Out team.
* Assist KAMs with the use of loyalty cards at key customers.
Team Structure:
Reporting to the Sales Director within the Sales team.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
* 2-3 years of experience in sales or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company in Spain.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of top retail accounts in Spain (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, C&C channels).
* Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English skills.
