Lead and guide a dedicated team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of fun, well-being, teamwork, and respect, with high performance, excellence, and achievement of set targets.
Regularly monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored strategies to drive growth for your team and the business.
Actively participate with your Area and the Talent teams to develop and implement robust recruitment and retention strategies to build the best teams.
Design, evaluate, analyze, and execute innovative strategies aimed at maximizing customer retention, fostering upselling opportunities, and significantly contributing to revenue growth.
Drive motivation within the team by providing consistent and constructive feedback and fostering hands-on leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments, leveraging insights and team experiences to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies.
French expert speaker and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus! We are international!
Proven experience Managing customer-oriented teams; ideally in Customer Experience, with a track record of driving customer retention and upselling. Other sales, customer satisfaction, and similar experiences are highly valued!
Tech Savvy! Passion for technology, the digital world, and innovation is essential!
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, using data insights to drive informed decisions.
You enjoy making things easier for customers and colleagues. If there's a roadblock, you want to remove it!
Prepared to work in a fast-paced, less corporate startup environment.

Competitive yearly base salary (35,000€+)
Monthly variable salary based on KPIs related to retention and expansion (7,000€+ yearly, up to 200%)
Additional monthly share of your team’s new product achievements (averaging around 2,000€ monthly)
