Job Title: Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a Marketing assistant to join our team!
**Responsibilities**:
- Create engaging written content via our different channels (blog, newsletter, social media, print) to best promote our property portfolio.
- Develop ideas and execute them to best promote our brand and our exclusive property portfolio via offline and online channels within defined brand guidelines.
- Regular supervision of our marketing channels to make improvements and changes based on results.
- Regular reporting on performance and results to property owners.
- Ensure our marketing strategy is carried out within a set deadline for each property listing.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- 4 years minimum in Real Estate marketing or similar.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken (must feel comfortable working on and delivering presentations to clients).
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (Lightroom or Photoshop) and graphic design tools (In design or similar) as well as Office 365.
- IG, Tik Tok, FB, and Linkedin user. Must know how to make reels/link/post etc.
- Experience or basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Proactive
- Excellent organizational skills.
**Hours**:
40 x week.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour for lunch).
Must be available to finish off tasks over the weekend at certain times of the year (eg.
March/April for our market Report, May/June for our Magazine).

Salario: 22.400,00€ al año
