We are seeking a Resort General Manager (Pre-Opening) to lead the launch of ZEST Resort & Spa —a new 5-star lifestyle resort set to redefine luxury in Ibiza.With 206 keys, including ultra-luxury villas, ZEST will blend high-end hospitality, wellness, and world-class entertainment, targeting a global audience of luxury travellers, influencers, and high-net-worth guests.This is not a traditional GM role—you will take a resort from construction to full opening, shaping its identity, culture, and commercial success.
