What You Will Do

We are looking for a qualified receptionist to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona to welcome as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming greeting; a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve experience of hotel guests.

Main Responsibilities

- Make the check‑in and check‑out for our guests.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
- Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
- Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.

Job Requirements

- +2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team spirit
