In this hands-on leadership role, you create brand-consistent visuals across web and marketing channels while guiding a design team. You’ll deliver compelling content for landing pages, emails, decks, and campaigns, balancing creative vision with business priorities. You drive engagement through scalable design systems and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a brand champion, streamline workflows, and mentor designers to raise standards. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on production in a fast-paced environment.

• Design assets for digital channels (landing pages, blog posts, emails, social graphics, sales presentations)
• Create PDFs, PowerPoint decks, infographics, and data visualizations for marketing initiatives
• Ensure output aligns with brand standards and guidelines
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity
• Manage design requests via project management systems (Adobe Workfront or ServiceNow)
• Facilitate communication between requesters and designers and align priorities
• Lead and mentor team members to uphold high design standards and collaboration

Responsabilidades
• 5–10 years of digital marketing, content strategy, or user experience experience
• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing a creative team
• Strong layout, color theory, and visual composition skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with other design xpzdshu tools
• Familiarity with project management systems (Adobe Workfront, ServiceNow) and design workflow management
• Demonstrated success driving user engagement and large-scale digital campaigns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, fast-paced with creative and operational discipline
