We are searching for highly motivated engineers with an excellent background in calibration and proficiency in English and Spanish to work in our team at Valladolid.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
The role combines technical responsibility and project management within a hybrid vehicle calibration team.
Expected tasks include :
* Piloting calibration development towards industrialization or serial phases.
* Summarizing status updates from Software Development, Calibration team, and Validation.
* Calibrating components such as HEVC (Hybrid and Electrical Vehicle Controller), HECM (Engine Main Control Unit), and high voltage components (BMS + Inverter).
* Managing calibration documentation and macro-planning activities.
* Ensuring timing, preparing quality gates, reporting to project management and quality teams, and supporting production plants.
* Constructing and achieving business quality, cost, delay, and performance commitments, in accordance with regulations and business rules.
YOUR PROFILE :
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Engineering degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree is a plus.
* Over 5 years of experience in automotive industry topics such as calibration, validation, or software development.
* Knowledge of powertrain and engine development, with a preference for hybrid systems.
* Familiarity with high voltage components such as BMS (Battery Management System) and Inverter (Electric Motor) is advantageous.
* High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented attitude, and strong social skills.
* Participation in extracurricular activities like Formula Student is a plus.
* Driving license is required.
