Overall responsibility for a proper management of the estate in close coordination with the ownerPersonnel management and development: Leading a team of agricultural professionals, household and hunting personnelTraining and supervision of employees to ensure quality and efficiencyOrganization and monitoring of maintenance work as well as external service providersBudget responsibility: planning, cost management, increasing efficiency without compromising on service and qualityProcurement and price negotiationsEnsuring smooth operation in all areas (viticulture, olive oil production, hunting)Communication with the owner and business partnersWoman’s tasks
:Management of the estate officeTaking care of the bookingsManagement and organization of the household and the lodge (housekeeping and guest services)Responsible for the garden, an environmentally friendly green oasis, around the estate

Several years of experience in managing a farm or comparable propertyIdeally, knowledge of viticulture, olive oil production and hunting operationsStrong leadership skills and experience in employee development and trainingA high level of organizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinkingStrong negotiation skills to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on qualityPractical skills and experience in coordination, executing and supervising repair and maintenance workFluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage)High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to live permanently on the estateWoman’s profile:
Several years of experience in a comparable position (managing of an upscale farm or comparable property)Completed training in the hotel industry and tourismKnowledge of bookkeeping and office-managementFluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage)Leadership experience as well as competence in employee development and trainingOrganizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
