Job Description:
As part of the store team, coordinated by the Shift Managers, your responsibilities in this position will include:
* Restocking, facing, and rotating products on the shelves according to the established schedule and order.
* Politely informing customers about product features and locations, and collecting their suggestions.
* Ensuring proper signage of all products.
* Processing payments at the checkout.
* Verifying the correlation between products and invoices at self-service checkouts.
* Maintaining smooth customer flow at checkout counters.
* Checking and replenishing supplies such as bags, paper rolls, etc.
* Managing cash, documents, tills, and receipts securely until the end of the shift.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Experience in roles requiring direct customer interaction.
* Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, or Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio).
* Proficiency with cash registers, card payment terminals, etc.
* Basic knowledge of office tools.
