Automotive brand is seeking an experienced Inventory & Reconciliation Manager to support inventory control, reconciliation, and materials management activities across automotive parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and financial reconciliation processes across procurement, resale, and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of system records, physical stock, and production consumption data.
• Monitor BOM-based material consumption and investigate inventory variances.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
• Execute inventory transactions within SAP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory management processes and controls.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive parts logistics, inventory control, materials management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience within automotive OEMs or automotive component suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, WM, EWM, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Experience managing inventory reconciliation, inventory accuracy, stock control, and BOM-related processes.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
