The GROW internship project reflects our commitment to creating an international workplace for skilled people in STEM areas

Through a 6-month learning journey, participants gain practical experience, mentorship, and professional development to help them thrive and grow within our organization.
Location
Vestas offices in Madrid, with involvement in international projects across Southern Europe, Africa, Turkey, the Balkans, and the Middle East.
What will you do during the internship?
* You will participate in real projects related to the procurement of services and materials for our wind farms.
* You will be paired with a mentor who will support you throughout your experience.
* You will collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Transport, Construction, Service, and Sales.
* You will learn about procurement processes, negotiation, and coordination in a technical and international setting.
Who are we looking for?
* Students or recent graduates from bachelor's or master’s degrees in:
Engineering (Industrial, Renewable Energy, Transport, Industrial Management, etc.)
Logistics or Supply Chain
Business Administration, International Trade, or Economics
STEM fields: Technology, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences
* Intermediate to high English level (minimum B2, C1)
* Interest in working in multicultural environments with international career opportunities
