We are looking for a Travel designer to join our team. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about travel, obsessed with the details, and ready to grow with us. Candidates with more experience are also welcome to apply.
What you will do:
* Research new destinations and design tailor-made itineraries for our clients around the globe.
* Book and coordinate accommodation, flights, activities, and experiences with suppliers worldwide.
* Handle guest list confidential information and manage all operational documentation for each project.
* Follow multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all expectations, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
* Support budgeting tasks and track the profitability of each program, monitoring cashflow movements along the life spam of the project.
* Represent TSF on inspection trips, execution trips, and travel fairs; because yes, you will travel.
