As a
Site Reliability Engineer, you will solve exciting technical challenges by defining, designing, deploying, and troubleshooting key Oracle Health products, platforms, and infrastructure. Your focus will be on reliability, scalability, telemetry, security, and performance.Our team within the Oracle Health Production Operations is responsible for customer-aligned system deployments. We build and maintain products that enable our customers to operate more efficiently, securely, and with greater attention to detail. You will work alongside bright, innovative minds in a collaborative environment supporting infrastructure and applications, empowering you to make advancements that improve efficiency and product delivery.Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Product Ownership:
Responsible for infrastructure of products like Windows OS, Unix, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, WebSphere, DB engines, and Citrix technologies.Ownership Scope:
Own end-to-end configuration, dependencies, and behavior of presentation tier products, ensuring they are designed for availability, security, reliability, scalability, and performance.Product Operations:
Collaborate with IP and development teams to improve product architecture as Oracle Cloud evolves.Operations Engineering:
Understand and communicate scale, capacity, security, performance, and telemetry. Be a Subject Matter Expert on your product stack, analyzing and optimizing system performance, building metrics, ensuring scalability and resilience, driving security, implementing CI/CD, resolving complex issues, supporting daily operations, and representing the SRE function across teams.Required Experience
5+ years managing complex IT systemsFluent in English (C1 level)Strong experience with Windows GPO and administrationSolid networking knowledgeMethodical problem-solving skillsProficiency in Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShellPreferred Experience
Citrix infrastructure and technologiesExperience with DevOps tools:
Chef, Ansible/OLAM, Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similarDeep Technical Skills (Bonus)
Windows Server Roles:
Active Directory, GPO, Certificates, StorageAbility to define and document scalable technical architecturesHybrid work environment:
1-2 days/week in Barcelona office.Qualifications
