What will you do?
* Establish, manage, and implement PA/QA arrangements within software development and engineering projects.
* Apply and follow up the corporate procedures and guidelines defined in the Corporate Management System (CMS).
* Define, document, maintain, and implement the project PA/QA programme to meet customer and internal quality objectives.
* Prepare the Product Assurance Plan (PAP) and ensure its monitoring and control throughout the entire lifecycle.
* Coach and supervise project teams to ensure compliance with CMS processes.
* Support the Project Manager with CMS tailoring preparation and follow‐up.
* Review all project documentation to ensure quality objectives and full lifecycle traceability.
* Obtain and report project quality metrics according to the Quality Model.
* Prepare PA reports and interface directly with the Customer PA Manager.
* Interface with subcontractors to ensure PA requirements are properly derived, implemented, and fulfilled.
* Follow up configuration management activities and support functional and physical configuration verification.
* Interface with Verification and Validation teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
* Participate in project boards (Milestone Reviews, Progress Reviews, Configuration Boards, Non‐Conformance Boards, Test Reviews) and support Risk Management.
* Perform internal project audits and audits on subcontractors, and support external audits when required.
* Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals from the PA perspective.
* Perform additional tasks depending on project, divisional, or company needs.
What are we looking for?
* University degree in an engineering, technical, or scientific discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, or software engineering.
* Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 and CMMI .
* Strong ability to produce and review technical documentation.
* Fluency in oral and written English .
